Emotion, Outrage and Public Participation - 21st-22nd June 2012

This two day course can be delivered in-house or is offered publicly through the International Association of Pulbic Participation. This workshop focuses on the skills and strategies to manage outrage in the planning and delivery of Community Engagement. Based on the work of Risk Communication specialist Peter Sandman, this course explores how the drivers 'Outrage' can be correctly identified and which strategies are best to apply in what situation.
