Facilitation
Facilitation is about providing a safe and inclusive process for individuals (sometimes with quite opposing views) to come together and progress a way forward. An important part of facilitation is ensuring that all individuals are heard and that this 'hearing' moves a group towards an outcome (ie: not just a talk fest). This does not mean everyone has to agree, but it does mean they get to the end together.
Aha! Consulting provides an impartial position and a range of processes to ensure all parties have an equal voice, to encourage participation and sharing of viewpoints and to promote understanding. We keep sessions flowing, focused, productive and FUN!
Facilitation is useful for:
