Governance development program

The A.L.I.V.E. model has been developed into a comprehensive, yet generative review of your boards/committees governance strengths and needs. This process involves each committee member responding to a survey that explores each element of the A.L.I.V.E. Governance model. The resulting report provides your board/committee with;
