About us

Aha! Consulting is a boutique consulting firm, delivering quality consulting services since 2004. With clients from all over Australia and across multiple sectors, we are interested in what makes people, organisations and communities work.

Lead by Managing Director Joel Levin and drawing on a diverse team, our clients are at the heart of our business. Our time, our commitment and our focus is in providing services that meet your needs and not the delivery of an off the shelf product, process or solution.
Change is one of the only true constants in life. Whether you are working in an organisation or with communities and stakeholders, managing change can be a roadblock or a springboard. Our focus is on how these changes are managed, communicated and planned in a way that is inclusive of the staff or communities that are affected by them.

It has been this ability to work in a range of contexts that has seen our company grow and  now service all tiers of government as well as the corporate and community sectors.
Working with Joel reinforces how important the people are in an organisation.  His "go gently" way allows consideration of the emotions inherent within any change management and how to communicate your message so it can be consistently understood.
