About the Course
Discover how to organisationally assess for and plan for engagement when there is a risk of differences of opinion, the contemporary drivers of anger and outrage in our organisations and communities, pressures in communities, conflict and emotion in the engagement process, stages of conflict escalation and conflict de-escalation, and how to Identify opportunities for building the capacity of your organisation to anticipate and respond to outrage.
