While engagement practitioners deal with hundreds of people outside the organisation, within the organisation, the role itself is often relatively isolated. Sometimes, you need someone to bounce an idea off, review an engagement plan, and explore creative ways to engage or debrief after a tricky engagement.
Choose one of three experienced engagement professionals to be your engagement coach.

Who is it for?
-
Practitioners looking to build their skills.
-
Executives and leadership looking for a second pair of eyes
-
New and emerging practitioners
How does it work?
Meetings can be online or in our office*, and coaching is offered either one-off or as a pre-purchase package of hours to make procurement simple and then either set up a regular meeting or use it as needed.
It can be ad-hoc or part of a package of hours for you to use.
*We can come to you for a small fee to cover travel.
